Shed StandardsShed Standards

These are the standards and requirements relating to sheds in our subdivision:

• 100 sq ft max size
• 10 ft maximum height
• Any construction material
• Preferred location is against the back of the house
• If on the back property,
  • Behind the house as viewed from the road
  • Minimum of 5 feet from lot line
• Fox Run Green board approval is required in advance prior to any construction.
