The Fox Run Green Homeowners Association selected Independent Property Management (IPM) as the full time property manager for the subdivision.

IPM was recommended by the Board and approved by the Homeowners at the Annual Meeting on October 13th, 2011. The IPM contract has been in effect since November 1, 2011, and is up for renewal every two years.   Issues that should be directed to IPM include: dues payments, closing letters or liens, and snow plowing, landscaping or common area concerns.

Contracting with a full-time management company is more efficient than relying on volunteer Board Members, many of whom work, for day to day issues that arise.  The Board maintains control, however for daily concerns, please contact IPM.  Their information is:
